I charge per person plus an 18% service fee, which covers all food, service with the server(s) if necessary, any plates, silverware, or linen napkins needed, and cleanup. Gratuity is not included, as I have left that up to our customer's discretion.
My events consist of a 2-4 hour time range on average. Let me know if you anticipate the culinary team being there longer due to your itinerary, as an additional fee may be required.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are 100% refundable up until 30 days prior to the event. Deposits are 75% refundable from 29-7 days prior to the event. If it's within seven days, it's nonrefundable.
